These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WyzSelf mobile application (the "App") provided by WyzSelf ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

WyzSelf is a study tool that helps you create quizzes and flashcards from your own study materials. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You must not use the App to process materials that you do not have the right to use, or for any unlawful purpose.

2. Account and Eligibility

WyzSelf does not require account creation. The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or have parental consent if required by your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

WyzSelf offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription ("WyzSelf Pro").

Pricing: WyzSelf Pro is available at $4.99/month or $39.99/year (prices may vary by region).

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).

Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. AI-Generated Content

The AI quiz generation feature uses artificial intelligence to create quiz questions based on your study materials. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should verify the accuracy of generated quizzes, especially for exam preparation. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the study materials you import into the App. By using the AI quiz generation feature, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your text content solely for the purpose of generating quizzes. This license terminates immediately upon completion of quiz generation.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by WyzSelf and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. Use of the App for exam preparation is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WyzSelf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, academic outcomes, or interruption of study.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, all data stored locally on your device remains under your control.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Japan.
