Is WyzSelf really free?

Yes! Importing files, creating flashcards, spaced repetition review, and progress tracking are all free. AI quiz generation requires a WyzSelf Pro subscription.

Can I study without internet?

Absolutely. All your study materials, flashcards, and previously generated quizzes are stored on your device. You only need internet to generate new AI quizzes.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings > tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions > WyzSelf Pro > Cancel Subscription. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period.

Is my data private?

Yes. All study data is encrypted with AES-256 and stored locally on your device. When you use AI quiz generation, your text is processed in real-time and immediately discarded — it is never stored on our servers.

What file types can I import?

You can import PDFs and take photos of documents, textbook pages, or handwritten notes. Our OCR reads printed and handwritten text.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.
